Little Boots, Big Roots
Little Boots, Big Roots LLC
When I had my son in 2021 I left the government workforce to spend time with him. We spent every possible moment outside, enjoying the sun, taking in the sights and sounds, and most importantly getting dirty. I quickly searched for every program or group I could find to meet other parents who wanted to let their kids get their hands dirty and explore regardless of the weather. I could never quite find what I was looking for.
On a whim I reached out to a neighborhood family farm, The 75 Oaks, and connected with Leeza who told me she longed for this when her kids were smaller and that is how Little Boots, Big Roots came to be. We bring you a safe outdoor space for you and your children to explore, learn, and most importantly play and meet other families on the same journey. Being connected to farm roots and learning about plants and gardening, and bonding with other families in this season has been incredibly life giving to me and my children.

Leeza
Owner/Operator of The 75 Oaks Farm
I started The 75 Oaks with my family in 2020. We started our small farm amidst the pandemic when we bought 17 chickens for our daughter’s 4th birthday…and named them all after Disney princesses.
From there we have grown into a neighborhood farm that supports local fresh food producers and connects them with people. While fresh food is a staple of our farm, we also believe in supporting our community with hands-on programming that brings valuable farm skills back home.
