Spring 10 Week Farm Playgroup - 10:30am

Service Description

Join our Farm Playgroup where parents and children can enjoy free play and exploration on a small working farm. Encouraging curiosity and connection to nature, this playgroup fosters learning and bonding in a unique outdoor setting. Our Parent/Child Playgroup is designed to get children outdoors to engage in free play in spaces like our dirt beds and mud kitchen but also introduce them to farm life - meeting animals and learning to care for a garden. We have designated garden beds just for our littlest farm hands that they plant early on in the program and will water each week and watch them grow. Each week will have an overall theme and generally a craft or task associated with it - nothing too complex and a guide will be there to assist as needed. The majority of our program is child-led as this is an essential part of childhood development. When there are animal interactions, Leeza (owner of The 75 Oaks) will always be there to ensure safety of kiddos and animals and teach them about the animals. Kiddos are always welcome to free play the entire session if that is how they’re feeling that day. We strive to make this the most enjoyable environment for them and allow them to learn through play and enjoy however works best for them - getting them outside and their hands dirty is our number one goal. We finish each session by feeding the goats and chickens through the fence.
